Abracadinner Cooking Classes

Tasting included…a light lunch! Classes are held in Kris' kitchen.

Cooking Classes are held in Chef Kris' kitchen. Size of classes range from 6 to 8 students, depending on topic. Each hands-on class will last 90 minutes to two hours.

The fee per class is $55. Occasionally, special topics will require an add-on charge.
Classes are limited and fill quickly, so please register early. Driving directions and anything you need to bring along will be sent to you by email ahead of class.

CLASS POLICIES: You are registered when you have paid for class. If class does not merit holding due to lack of enrollment, you will be notified and offered a future class option. No refunds are given if you cannot attend. You may simply send someone else in your place. Please note: Menus may be subject to change due to availability of ingredients or the whims of the chef! :) Please let us know of any food intolerance when you register.

Trip to Italy – September 16

Join us as we make an easy simple 25 minute marinara, Manicotti Crepes, and a lemon chicken dish which everyone will adore.

It’s a Crock! (Crockpot/Slow Cooker Class) - October 7

Bring along your slow cooker and you will take home dinner. The goal of this class is to learn tips for their use and care, how to select the one best for you, and tricks that can make them your favorite appliance.

Ah, so Asian! - October 21

You can make food that is better than takeout and do it simply. We’ll be making a stir fry, learning the cutting tips for them, and putting together some Asian egg rolls to accompany them.

Seafood – Flash in the Pan! ($65) – November 4

Puzzled about what seafood to make or how to do it? Join us for three seafood recipes that you will adore and make dinner in a flash. You and your guests will be impressed.

Spice It Up! – November 18

What spices should I use? Which ones go with the ingredients? Can I substitute something? All these will be covered in this class as we try three recipes using a variety of spices and tasting the great flavors!

In this class, we’ll prepare 4 to 6 gifts that will delight anyone on your gift list now or any time. Love to have you join us!

Gifts from Your Kitchen 2 – Homemade Limoncello December 9

You will provide a bottle of vodka and we will turn it into a delicious amazing Limoncello. No comparison in flavor to the bottled variety…it’s a winner. We provide a bottle, ingredients and organic lemons.
