Abracadinner Cooking Classes
Tasting included…a light lunch! Classes are held in Kris' kitchen.
Cooking Classes are held in Chef Kris' kitchen. Size of classes range from 6 to 8 students, depending on topic. Each hands-on class will last 90 minutes to two hours.
The fee per class is $55. Occasionally, special topics will require an add-on charge.
Classes are limited and fill quickly, so please register early. Driving directions and anything you need to bring along will be sent to you by email ahead of class.

CLASS POLICIES: You are registered when you have paid for class. If class does not merit holding due to lack of enrollment, you will be notified and offered a future class option. No refunds are given if you cannot attend. You may simply send someone else in your place. Please note: Menus may be subject to change due to availability of ingredients or the whims of the chef! :) Please let us know of any food intolerance when you register.

September 14 - It’s All Greek to Me
We’ll be putting together a menu around several traditional Greek dishes. Hummus, Pastitsio and Greek Salad will be the menu stars.
September 28 - Plant Based Basics
Are you curious about going plant based and the health and energy benefits? In this class, we will cover some concepts and strengths as well as preparing some easy delicious dishes. We suggest watching or rewatching “Forks Over Knives” and “What the Health” on Netflix if you haven’t seen them before.
October 12 - It’s Getting CHILI
We are heading into sports and cooler weather soon. We’ll be making two new types of chilis, one of which is plant based, and enjoying the flavor variety.
October 26 - Chowder Central
We’ll explore two easy delicious chowders…Wild Rice Chowder, Crab and Corn Chowder. Chowders freeze well, so stock up your freezer with the variety of recipes we will discuss.
November 9 - Quick and Delicious
It’s heading toward holiday time. From One Pot Wonders to dinner under 20 minutes, we’ll create three amazing and yummy dishes!
December 7 - Gifts From Your Kitchen
In this class, you will create four to six gifts that are ready to go. All are simple to do. They will be great not ony for holidays, but also hostess gifts, thank you gifts, teacher appreciation, etc.
