Abracadinner Cooking Classes

Tasting included…a light lunch! Classes are held in Kris' kitchen.

Cooking Classes are held in Chef Kris' kitchen. Size of classes range from 6 to 8 students, depending on topic. Each hands-on class will last 90 minutes to two hours.

The fee per class is $55. Occasionally, special topics will require an add-on charge.
Classes are limited and fill quickly, so please register early. Driving directions and anything you need to bring along will be sent to you by email ahead of class.

CLASS POLICIES: You are registered when you have paid for class. If class does not merit holding due to lack of enrollment, you will be notified and offered a future class option. No refunds are given if you cannot attend. You may simply send someone else in your place. Please note: Menus may be subject to change due to availability of ingredients or the whims of the chef! :) Please let us know of any food intolerance when you register.

 

New Spring/Early Summer 2018 Cooking Classes:

March 3 – Appetizers with Ease

Grape and Blue Cheese Truffles, Greek Salad Mini Skewers and two yummy hot appetizers are on tap for this class.


March 24 – Seafood – Quick and Delicious!

Crab and Corn Chowder, Baked Halibut with Caper Basil Vinaigrette, Salmon with a Honey Garlic Sauce should allow you to impress your family and friends.


March 31 – Mamma Mia! Taste of Italy

Zuppa Toscana, Homemade Ricotta Gnocchi with Arrabbiata Sauce, Arugula Salad with a Balsamic Maple Vinaigrette



April 14 – Wrap it Up!

Vietnamese Spring Rolls, Asian Dumpling Soup and Potstickers will round out this fun class.



April 28 – Pizza with Pizzazz

Looking to beat takeout? 5 minute easy pizza dough, Classic White Pizza, Potato Pizza with Fresh Thyme and Calzones



May 12 – Hong Kong Kitchen

We will be making Egg Rolls, Szechwan Green Beans and Salt and Pepper Shrimp. Yum!



June 2 – Quick and Delicious

We will be making three yummy dishes that can be finished in under 30 minutes. No Instant Pot needed.



June 9 - Healthy Homemade Dog Treats

We will make fresh, baked and some GF dog treats. Take-alongs for our furry friends…Woof!



June 16 – Healthy Slaws and Salads

In this class, we will make Mam Maw’s Nine Day Slaw and Baby Spinach Salad with Strawberries, Hearts of Palm and Poppy seed Dressing and Crispy Asian Slaw. All great for family or company.
