Abracadinner Cooking Classes
Tasting included…a light lunch! Classes are held in Kris' kitchen.
Cooking Classes are held in Chef Kris' kitchen. Size of classes range from 6 to 8 students, depending on topic. Each hands-on class will last 90 minutes to two hours.
The fee per class is $55. Occasionally, special topics will require an add-on charge.
Classes are limited and fill quickly, so please register early. Driving directions and anything you need to bring along will be sent to you by email ahead of class.

CLASS POLICIES: You are registered when you have paid for class. If class does not merit holding due to lack of enrollment, you will be notified and offered a future class option. No refunds are given if you cannot attend. You may simply send someone else in your place. Please note: Menus may be subject to change due to availability of ingredients or the whims of the chef! :) Please let us know of any food intolerance when you register.

Saturday, March 9 at 10 am until noon – No Guilt Desserts ($55)
In this class, we will make three simple, fresh and healthy desserts. No guilt allowed. Avocado Banana Cacao Mousse (dairy free), Greek Yogurt Brownies and Lightened Up Fruit Crisp.
Saturday, April 13 at 10 am until noon - Sounds Fishy to Me! ($65)
In this class, we will prepare three delicious and simple seafood dishes that will make a mealtime or entertaining a breeze. Sweet Chili Garlic Glazed Salmon, Curried Peanut Shrimp and Pan Seared Scallops with Coriander Butter Sauce.
Saturday, May 11 at 10 am until noon - Salads Can Simply Be the Star ($55)
We all are looking for fresh and simple salads that can become part of our rotation for family meals, lunches to go, or company. In this class, we’ll prepare three unique salads with lots of flavor. Thai Noodle Salad, Strawberry Spinach Salad with Poppyseed Dressing and Lemony Quinoa and Brussels Sprouts Salad.
